Negotiate on behalf of the Seller to Maximize Price and Minimize Taxes

At Nonnie Group we only work for the Seller. Every Buyer who places an offer will be signing a document confirming that they understand our representation. We do this for a living and will be advising you on the potential structures that may have hidden challenges.

• We Negotiate prices and terms with buyers to achieve our client’s financial and personal objectives
• Although we represent the Seller, we often help the buyer with the creation and execution of the Letter of Intent (LOI) for owner review and response
• We help the buyer in every way possible to reduce their legal and due diligence expenses and will not discuss terms with a buyer during the process
• Our goal is for the buyer to make the offer they wish to make and allow the Seller to respond
