Manage the Advisory Team, Including Lawyers, Accountants, Advisors, Lenders, and Escrow Agents

Deals can be extremely complicated and run into trouble all the way to the end. Our focus is to see it through successfully by proactively ensuring challenges that may develop are addressed effectively. We will:

• Quarterback the entire transaction by managing the Sellers team of advisors
• We are available to recommend attorneys, accountants, tax specialists, escrow officers, and other specialists as needed to allow the Seller to build the team as needed while managing the overall costs
• We maintain regular communications with all parties, facilitating Zoom meetings, in-person meetings, and conference calls t address all and any issues that may arise
