Thoroughly screen prospective buyers to assess their operational & financial capabilities, motivation, and objectives in pursuing the Business. We will prioritize buyers based on their ability to see a deal through and being a good fit for the Business. We will:
- Review each profile and NDA to pre-qualify the individual party
- Interview Buyers via phone or Zoom to see if further information disclosure is warranted
- Ensure that no party will receive the confidential information memorandum unless they have disclosed that they are qualified
- Involve the Seller who wants to sell the business directly, if necessary, to determine how to proceed with a questionable buyer
- Ensure that if a buyer clearly does not qualify, they do not receive further information
