At Vegas Business Broker our Sellers know their business much better than we ever would, so they participate in both writing the confidential information memorandum and completing a detailed questionnaire. We do not go to market until both sides have reviewed and approved the final CIM. Once we have a qualified buyer, it is important that we supply them with a professional presentation that has been completely vetted. We will:
- Present the financial records of the Company’s revenues, expenses, profits, and normalized seller’s discretionary income
- Answer the key questions that all Buyers are interested in, including such things as how we determined the price and what is the Seller’s motivation to sell
- We will present the Operating highlights necessary to allow prospective buyers to become comfortable understanding the business
- Work with the Seller to prepare the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM)
