Assuming that SUNBELT and the Seller looking to sell the business agree with the valuation and outline for a potential sale, we enter into a Listing Agreement.
- Our agreement is for one year as most businesses take 6 to 9 months or more to close escrow
- Our commission is based on a sliding scale dependent on the purchase price
- We do not get paid until you do, and for that reason, we only take the listing if the asking price falls within our valuation range
- Working for the Seller Only avoids any potential conflict of interest
